A 90% subsidy with the Walloon “Relance par le numérique” business vouchers

The Walloon Region has set up a support scheme for Walloon SMEs that want to grow through digital technology. The “Relance par le numérique” (digital recovery) vouchers, part of the Region’s Chèques-Entreprises (business vouchers), let you carry out a diagnostic, draw up an action plan and implement it at a fraction of the cost.

Business vouchers “Relance par le numérique – Diagnostic”

The “Relance par le numérique – Diagnostic” voucher lets you call on a specialist consultant approved by the Walloon Region to carry out an audit of your company’s digital maturity (online sales, e-marketing, automation, etc.). This audit is 90% subsidised, up to a maximum of €1,900 excl. VAT.

This audit is a prerequisite for the “Plan d’actions stratégiques” (strategic action plan) and “Implémentations stratégiques” (strategic implementation) vouchers.

Business vouchers “Relance par le numérique – Plan d’actions stratégiques”

The “Relance par le numérique – Plan d’actions stratégiques” voucher lets you draw up a detailed action plan to improve your digital processes. This may cover online sales (to consumers or businesses), automating certain steps of the online sales process, or e-marketing, for example. This voucher is also 90% subsidised, up to a maximum of €5,700 excl. VAT. The administration set the deadline for completing the action plan at 31 August 2023.

A strategic action plan is a prerequisite for the “Implémentations stratégiques” vouchers.

Business vouchers “Relance par le numérique – Implémentations stratégiques”

The “Relance par le numérique – Implémentations stratégiques” voucher lets you call on accredited professionals to actually carry out the developments and changes identified in the action plan. These may include launching a new e-commerce site, migrating your site to a newer, more efficient version, or improving it with additional plugins. This voucher is 90% subsidised, up to a maximum of €7,400 excl. VAT. The administration set the deadline for completing the implementation at 31 December 2023.
