Moto24h — Magento motorcycle e-commerce with a 100,000+ product catalogue

Moto24h specialises in distance selling of motorcycle products on the French market. Its e-commerce business started in 2009 — before the sector became saturated. Over time, competitors organised themselves online, and the tools had to keep up.

To win back market share, Moto24h asked WiMakeIT to implement a more flexible Magento v2.2.11 solution, able to support a catalogue of more than 100,000 products and fully integrated with its existing tools.

The challenge

After 10+ years in e-commerce and several disappointments with other providers, Moto24h was looking for the right combination: a partner able to understand the business, a flexible solution and, above all, interfaces that automate the logistics chain instead of weighing it down.

The WiMakeIT solution

  • Magento v2.2.11 — A foundation suited to high volumes and heavy integrations.
  • 100,000+ product catalogue — Kept up to date automatically.
  • Business interfaces — Connections with existing systems to avoid manual re-entry.
  • Automated logistics chain — Less staff time spent, more orders processed.

“We started selling online in 2009. Over time, consumer demand rose sharply and competitors also moved online. Thanks to WiMakeIT, we finally have a solution that allows us to win back market share. For several years we had been looking for the right tool and, above all, the right provider. Thanks to their clear understanding of our needs and the efficient interfaces they set up with our current systems, WiMakeIT has enabled us to win back market share. Our logistics chain is now far more automated and takes up less of our time than before.”

What this project demonstrates

  1. After 10+ years of e-commerce, the platform is not what holds you back: integration with your business tools is.
  2. Winning back market share comes from automation, not from new visible features.
  3. A catalogue of 100,000+ products requires robust interfaces with existing systems.
  4. Choosing the “right provider” matters as much as choosing the right stack.
  5. The ROI of a redesign is often measured in staff time saved, not in traffic gained.
