Bouw uw storefront-menu's vanuit de Magento-admin in plaats van templates te bewerken. Deze module vervangt het standaard Hyvä top menu door een database-gestuurde navigatie die u volledig vanuit de back office beheert — maak zoveel menu's als u nodig hebt, orden items tot elke diepte, en wissel tussen een simple, megamenu of stacked layout zonder een regel code aan te raken.
Elk menu wordt aangeroepen via een identifier (bijv. main_menu, footer_menu), zodat dezelfde module uw header, footer en elke sidebar vanuit één scherm kan aansturen. Labels, URLs en SEO-titels worden per store view opgeslagen, wat het een natuurlijke keuze maakt voor meertalige winkels waar dezelfde menunode naar een andere pagina verwijst in FR, EN en NL.

Belangrijkste voordelen
- Meerdere menu's, één scherm — definieer een onbeperkt aantal menu's, elk met een eigen identifier, en toon ze overal in uw thema op naam.
- Drie layouts per menu — Simple (dropdown-panelen), Megamenu (full-width kolommenraster, 1–6 kolommen) of Stacked (verticale sidebar / footer). Wissel van layout via een dropdown; geen XML-bewerking.
- Onbeperkte diepte — items nesten op elk niveau via een parent/child-tree, met positie, activeren en "open in new tab" per item.
- Live category-branches — markeer een item als category-bron en de children worden rechtstreeks uit de Magento category tree gehaald (instelbare root en max depth), zodat het menu uw catalogus automatisch volgt.
- Content per store view — elk item draagt zijn eigen label, URL en SEO-titel per store, ideaal voor FR / EN / NL storefronts.
- Merchandising-accenten — featured items, icons, gekleurde badges (NEW, SALE), CSS class per item, megamenu-beschrijvingen en hero-afbeeldingen.

Installeer deze module via Composer. Zorg ervoor dat uw auth.json is geconfigureerd met uw Wimakeit-inloggegevens.

Required dependencies
wimakeit/module-core3.0 or later (pulled automatically from the Wimakeit registry).- A Hyvä frontend. The module declares a sequence after
Hyva_Themeand replaces Hyvä's default top menu block (topmenu_generic, slotas=topmenu). It is not intended for the Luma frontend.
There is no Stores → Configuration section for this module — everything is configured per menu and per item in the admin grids below.

After installation, one new ACL resource is available under System → Permissions → User Roles:

Per-menu settings (defaults)
Each menu (Content → Wimakeit Navigation → Navigation Menus) ships with these defaults:

The frontend fetches a menu by its identifier. The default header menu uses identifier main_menu; point a template or layout argument at another identifier to render a second menu (e.g. footer_menu).
Per-item options
Each item carries: parent (for nesting), position, enabled flag, "open in new tab", CSS class, icon, badge + badge colour, featured flag, and megamenu column span. The item edit form ships preconfigured for three store views (FR = 1, EN = 2, NL = 3), each with its own Label, URL path, and SEO Title. Adjust these fieldsets if your store-view layout differs.
A node can draw its children dynamically from the catalog by setting its data source to category tree (with a JSON config {root_category_id, max_depth}, defaults 2 / 3) instead of static DB items.
Data patches (run automatically on setup:upgrade)

> Note: MigrateToTwoTableSchema clears the navigation item tables before rebuilding them. On a store that already has items, back up wimakeit_navigation_item* tables before running setup:upgrade for the 2.0 release.
No cron jobs and no app/etc/env.php keys are required.
