Kitcross is a manufacturer and wholesaler of mechanical parts for cars and motorcycles. In 2008, the company equipped itself with a custom-built web solution — high-performing at the time, but increasingly rigid as the market evolved.

To regain control of its e-commerce, Kitcross entrusted WiMakeIT with the complete redesign of its website on Magento v2.2.11, bilingual French/Dutch and connected to the business ERP.

The challenge

Replace an ageing custom-built site without losing user habits or disrupting business workflows. The Kitcross team also needed to regain autonomy over content — something the old solution no longer allowed.
